CEDR’s mission is to deliver business-driven economic development services to create, grow and retain businesses in Clatsop County.

CEDR is a private organization that provides a variety of economic development services to businesses in Clatsop County, Oregon, receiving funding from public and private organizations in order to provide entrepreneurs and business owners with resources to improve their businesses.

Small Businesses Development Center (SBDC)

SBDC provides small business assistance to existing and start-up businesses. Business owners (potential, new or current) should contact the SBDC for assistance. All counseling services are free of charge, and many of the seminars and classes are also free.
