ADHDA/Pacfic Northwest Brew Cup's Passport to Downtown

Thu, Sep 22, 2011

The Astoria Downtown Historic District Association (ADHDA) and the Pacific Northwest Brew Cup have joined forces to get downtown merchants involved in this year’s beer festival. The Brew Cup takes place this weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday, September 23-25) at the old train depot. Festival attendees will be issued a passport to the “Downtown Astoria Business Crawl” listing names and addresses of participating businesses that they can visit, have their passports stamped and collect a raffle ticket. Passport holders will then return to the festival by 2 p.m. on Sunday to enter for a chance to win one of the many fabulous prizes. There will be 22 prizes, all of which were donated by the participating downtown businesses. The drawings will be held on Sunday, September 25 at 3 p.m.

The Grand Prize includes overnight accommodations at the Astoria’s Holiday Inn Express & Suites, dinner for two at Baked Alaska Restaurant & Lounge, lunch for two at the Fort George Brewery & Public House, a gift certificate for Astoria’s Sunday/Winter Market, Chamber Bucks from Columbia Travel and two tickets to the Columbia River Maritime Museum! You must have all 18 merchants stamped to be eligible for the Grand Prize.
