Sidewalk Tile Replacement Program

The Astoria Downtown Historic District Association (ADHDA) in agreement with the City of Astoria manages and processes applications and permits for the installation of glass tiles to be used to replace and repair sidewalks.  Property and/or Business Owners are invited to apply to participate in the Sidewalk Tile Replacement Program.

The goal of the Sidewalk Tile Replacement Program is to assist area property owners and business owners in the replacement of the glass sidewalk tiles throughout the downtown core from 5th to 17th Streets and from the Columbia River to Exchange Street.

The primary purpose of the Program is to assist property owners and businesses in the repair of displaced and damaged sidewalk tiles.
